24 hr Guarding and patrols
Effective, highly visible patrolling of the area particularly in high risk areas.

Perimeter security
The premises will be monitored via clocking systems that will be linked to the control
office, hence to ensure that all security personnel will be held accountable for not
being able to clock at the required time frame that would have been agreed with the
employer. Further panic buttons will be issued to security personnel to allow
reinforcement form the control office to react to a call effectively

Armed response
In-terms of armed response, the security personnel on duty will contact the Armed
response team (Mogalagadi Security) on call to ensure proper procedure will be
followed when being called to the scene

Liaison
It will be the duty of Mogalagadi Security to ensure that proper liaison with
Management and other stakeholders will use the top down approach or the bottom
up approach to ensure the proper flow of communication between the two parties
is effective.Â

Quantitative measurement
he following listed reports will be issued upon awarded the tender, and hence
the reports will be issued on weekly/monthly meetings. Patrol checkpoint reports, Vehicle mileage logs, Incident statistics, Complaint logging and escalation reports
